Do not use these builders. One of the louvres in our vergola which they installed in Nov 2007 did not operate and we contacted VIC Consumer Affairs which advised us that all building work should be rectified free of charge as builders have a statutory obligation to ensure work is free from defects within 10 years under the Buildings Contract Act. When I called the business, the builder refused to do the work free of charge and even referred me to Consumer Affairs directly (ie. did not care about poor workmanship, must be used to customer complaints all the time). Also, the business was previously based in Hopkins St, Footscray but now closed down at that site and has apparently moved to Port Melbourne - not sure if name has changed too. Would not use these builders at all or recommend to anyone.
