I received my order 3 days before Christmas without a dual bracket so I phoned your office late in the day of 23rd December. I really wanted to have my blinds installed before Christmas. Malcolm was more than helpful. He went over and above what I was expecting. He calmed me down and explained that there was nothing that can't be fixed. And to my delighted surprise in the mail the next day (via express post) was the missing bracket. I was able to install blinds on Christmas Eve.

Blinds fit perfectly. They were super easy to install. And they look great!
