I got a washing machine last week and its hose connector to the inlet was leaking. I called them up and asked about what can I do, the good guy said I can come with those and they will get it replaced. When I reached there on Friday evening another guy there was reluctant to replace it saying its a mistake from our side. I had the extra warranty for which I paid extra $135 and delivery and installation charges I paid $60. After they installed we noticed its leaking and we reported it soon, but I could only go there on friday as I come late from work and he made all drama. I had to be hard on them to replace it. I find their service poor
