I was promised that the Orthotics when worn properly would realign my hips and knees. I got poor quality Orthotics that were a size to big. .When they were then cut to size caused a lot of foot pain. Very difficult to find shoes to fit that met the criteria as they were so wide. Spending heaps on new shoes and wearing them as advised after my first mild exercise, 2km walk was left with very sore feet and the next day a badly swollen ankle. Two qualified podiatrists at a different clinic advised that the Orthotics were poor quality and causing me damage and not to wear them again. I have had no success in trying to get my $740. Refunded from The Robert Charles Clinic. Pls advise people needing Orthotics to go to a qualified podiatrist and do NOT go to The Robert Charles Clinic.

Today I spent nearly a thousand dollars buying my son his first suit, 2 pairs of shoes, jeans, shirts and other stuff. Ravi from Myer menswear, Carindale gave us awesome service. It was like having our own personal shopper. He came with us from suits to shoes to jeans etc, helping us with selections and advice, even taking shoes off the mannequin. Ask for Ravi if you want excellent service. Thanks Ravi
