James was very professional. He did a great job of the cooker installation and was on time. Throughout the job he updated me. A part was missing which he promptly rushed out to get and very fairly charged us. I asked him about other jobs, which he gave me good honest advice about, without trying to rip me off. I would not hesitate to recommend Empire and would happily hire James again to do another job !
