We've been many, many times to Port Arthur and love it each time we go. Fantastic historical things to see, so many stories to learn from and although it's past was such a sad one, to visit it now still is a very peaceful and beautiful one. One of our favourite places in Tas.

A beautiful and historic place Woolmers is. We stayed in the lovely Chery Tree cottage a couple of years back. Friendly staff, quiet and beautiful place to stay. Do a tour of the old family mansion or a tour of the huge rose gardens they have.

We stayed here at Deloraine for 5 nights last year and throughly enjoyed our time. All those little touches from home are here. Located near the town centre and near all great tourist areas. A gorgeous, big cottage for the whole family.

What can I say about Anvers! Superb, delicious, great prices, yummy free samples, great gift shop to buy all the choccy you want. Fantastic brekkies and lunch. One of my most favourite places in the world!

Probably not suitable for the littlies, but all grown ups LOVE Boags. The best in Tassie, friendly staff with lots of history and information about the factory and of course, enjoy some fabulous tastes of their beer at the end of the tour. A mans dream!

Great fun for the whole family at Underwater World on the Sunshine Coast. From little kids right up to the grandparents there's something there for everyone. Touch and feel tank, great underwater view of the fish and sharks, the seal show. A great place to spend the day.

Spend nothing or just a small amount for a great family day. Free entry, great food, great gift shop and you take enjoy a few family rides on the train or the boat ride. Fun for the whole family.

Love visiting this local shop. Always a friendly face with great advice on what to buy. Lots of delicious smells and flavours that will suit everyones tastes. I bought their new car fragrance kit the other day and just love it.

Located in a beautiful part of North Tassie, the Ashgrove Cheese Farm with all types of yummy cheeses to take with you which is great if you're staying in the area. Grab some local wines and you're all set for a great night.

A shame that Cadbury don't have the full tours they used to do, but, you can still do the smaller version at the factory, enjoy a free gift and of course visit their own shop to buy hundreds of delicious choccies often at cheaper prices. My favourites have always been the 'seconds' choc blocks you can get.
