Looking for an unusual gift and the friendliest service you could hope for then this is the place to go. Tin toys for those of us who haven't quite "grown up", pendants, art glass etc.

Great prices, fantastic service, spent the time showing us our alternatives until we found what suited us the best and which far exceeded our expectations for the price.

Good coffee, great food at reasonable prices and a good variety and fast, friendly service. Offers both eat in and take away. The kitchen closes at 3pm and they aren't open on Mondays. The cakes look scrumptious (I'm a Diabetic so haven't allowed myself to try them yet).

Great food at reasonable prices, my Husband highly recommends the Mixed Grill Pie and I loved their Soup - really thick with chunky vegetables and so tasty!

Great produce, fantastic prices and friendly, helpful staff - Merrilee even offered to carry the bag of potatoes out to the car for us (my Husband was quite okay carrying it!) :-)

Very helpful staff, when they found out we were new to the area they made us feel very welcome and explained a number of things to us about the area and offered heaps of advice.

We had an old fridge and dishwasher - not working and some furniture we needed to get rid of prior to moving house to a smaller place, we contacted Phoenix, they showed up promptly, on the day promised and removed the items with no fuss or bother whatsoever, the fridge and dishwasher will be repaired and then used by Vinnies and the furniture will go into the Vinnies shops.

We contacted this business as we had furniture that would not fit in our new home, we were offered a ridiculously low price but accepted it as we had to get rid of the furniture; they promised to pick up the furniture on the Saturday, on the Thursday we contacted them to get a time from them and that is the last we heard, our e-mails and phone calls were not returned and of course no one showed up to pick the furniture up. Very disappointing and caused us no end of problems as we had to be out of the house on the Monday.
