Incredible service

Thank-you to James and team at Torque for their wonderful work on my car this week.

The service and care I have received at torque is well and truly above and beyond!
When entering this shop I noted a very obvious culture of honesty and integrity in both their service and behaviour.
The shop was clean and comfortable.
I was welcomed warmly by staff and provided their FULLY dedicated attention during service.
I was quoted incredibly generously for the job.
James had this work competed with great speed and resolved the issue entirely.
Then just to top off the wonderful service James was even nice enough to have my car parked in a fantastic position for me to exit the parking lot when leaving.

100% would recommend!

Damaged my property

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
this companies cleaners badly physically WATER DAMAGED the bathroom door frame and the hallway carpet by choosing to hose down the bathroom using the shower hose and let the water literally FLOOD the entire bathroom and out the door into the carpeted hallway!! I physically witnessed them do this and they refused to remove water when informed it would cause damage and were told clearly to do so.
This company was hired to do a flat rate end of lease clean. The clean was not done to even a basic standard. The team they sent "completed" said clean with full carpet steam clean in barely 2 hours on a double story 2 bedroom house.
When inspected the property was no cleaner than when they started. The windows were actually worse then before they arrived with very obvious black streak across them.
Stove and range hood was left WET and when it dried it had a very large amount of white cleaning product dried onto all the kitchens stainless steel surfaces.
Toilets were full of whatever they poured out of their vacuums, carpets were left soo saturated it took 3 weeks and another company coming in to remove water to dry it out. I paid to have them
Do the indoor attached garage and all they did was sweep some dirt into a corner and left it there. Shower was soo dirty and covered in chemicals still I wiped a rag across it and the rag was yellowed and covered in thick gunk Window sills left black. Cob webs found in corners. Walls with big black handprints in them that actually weren't there before the clean. Door handles not even wiped and covered in dirty fingerprints.
Skirting boards entirely untouched by cleaners.
Job simply was not done.
When I informed the team on site of these issues BEFOFE they left they indicated that they wanted to go home And that they are finished and would not be fixing any of it.
Flat out Refused to fix obvious shown issues.
Contacted company immediately and was told that I'd have to send photos and book a re clean for over a week later when I wouldn't even have access to the properly any more despite cleaners not even having left the property and directly refusing to complete their work.
Company also informed in writing many times of flooding incident in the bathroom
And sent photos of the very newly
Severely swollen door frame that was damaged beyond repair.

Company spent over a month claiming they were " investigating" The incident and actively dodged any discussion with me and/ or liability claiming that it was not possible that their staff behaved that way or caused such damage. The overall way they handled this has lead me To believe that this company does not have insurance and causes damage and refuses liability frequently.
I Provided this company with all requested evidence including both before and after photos of the damaged space as well as the real estate report specifically stating the frame was ACTIVELY wet and squishy multiple days after the clean still. Company entirely refuted all claims based on nothing more then the verbal
Word of their cleaners that they simply "didn't do it"All evidence refuted by them. Spent 26 phone calls each an hour or more trying to resolve this issue with them. Any and every big of ridiculous evidence and paperwork was provided to the is company to help resolve this just short of a physical video recording of their staff damaging the place.
Damage cost me $$$ to repair and put a stain on my otherwise spotless rental history.
So overall.
-Clean not actually done,
-Had to pay another company to
-Fix the carpet that was going mouldy because of the amount of water still in it days later
-$$$$$ in damages done to property
-REFUSED A REFUND.
