Exceptional in all aspects, friendly attentive staff, immaculately clean, modern facilities, nature-inspired decor with relaxing music, a fast next-day appointment for Spectral CT scan with no out-of-pocket expenses. Absolutely no comparison to other radiology clinics, so glad my GP referred me here. Will always ask for a referral to this practice only. Simply Excellent - the outstanding number of 5-star reviews says it all and it is wonderful to support a family-owned business second to none!
Exceptional service, solar hot water system broke down leaking water, on a Friday, same day installation of the new system, this company is honest, the appraisal was fast, Ryan was friendly, professional, and hard-working, price as quoted by Steve, we couldn't be happier. I travel across town to this Accredited Vet practice as I am 100 % confident my 4 x furry family members will receive the absolute best possible care when needed. Dr Charlotte, Dr.Kevin & Team are fully focussed on owners/pets needs with an abundance of genuine kindness and knowledge. Their support for wildlife is another plus point. Just had 2 x doggy dental & as expected quick uncomplicated recovery. BEST VET ON COAST

What can I say that others haven't already said? It is simply so reassuring going to this practice knowing over beloved animals will get the best healthcare with kindness and care. Dr.Charlotte was so gentle with my Cooper - a traumatised rescue dog who had teeth removed. His pain relief was excellent and he went home happy with no ongoing stress issues. They will always be our vets !
As the owner of 3 x very loved dogs & a cat , young and old , vomiting and diarrhoea in the older dog was worrying .
