This bakery has a good variety of bread, bread rolls, sandwiches, pies and cakes, at reasonable prices. It's quite busy, but generally service is quite fast. Has a small eat in area. A convenient place to buy a pie and cake after a trip down the Princess Highway.
First visit to Cats Bistro and was impressed. Chicken wrap was delicious and coffee was good. Great variety of inexpensive lunch options. Nice not to have to pay an arm and a leg to enjoy a muffin with the coffee!
Great place to find any gadget or utensil you need for the kitchen. Brought a Pasta Maker here and found their prices were competitive with big retailers. The staff also know their produces, so you can get friendly, good advice.
This shop has a great range, any gadget or utensil you need in the kitchen they have probably got it. Have shopped there mainly for for kitchen knives and chopping boards, for both myself and as gifts. Staff are quick to help and are very friendly.

Use this business for the quick chicken and chips meal. Like the fact you can get a family meal which includes vegetables or salad. Also good if want an individual meal, as can buy roast or chicken one person meals. You can eat in, but I haven't yet.
Good value Fish and Chip shop. I like this place as you get a good amount of chips for your money and they cook nice crisp chips
One of the cheapest Op shops in Geelong. Like all Op shops, you never know what you might find. The staff are friendly and helpful, some a little bit quirky! Small shop, so you won't find big items, like furniture, but it's full of stuff, so you need to search all the nooks and crannies.
This is my drop in bakery when I want some tasty bread rolls, a quick lunch (pie or sandwich) or cakes. They have a good variety of cakes, pies and sandwiches. I like the fact that they will make the sandwiches on the spot and you can choose exactly what fillings you want. I also like to pop into this bakery when out walking, for a coffee and read of the newspaper. ( I just have to resist the tempting cakes in order to not undo the benefit of my walk!)
This is the place I go if I want that special, extra good pizza. They are a bit dearer than some pizza places, but make the best pizzas! Great variety, good service and you can also eat in. Only drawback is pizzas can take awhile because they are popular, so allow a bit of waiting time.
They have another location on the west side of town at 346 Murray Street Colac (south side of the main road) that is easier to park at if you are driving through. This is the main bakery but they have all the usual suspects plus coffee.
