The facilities are great. The staff aren't much help- they tend to hang around talking in groups. Everyothing costs more though. Worth it if you know what you are doing but you might prefer a smaller gym with personal attention if you are a beginner.

I thought all the staff were very rude both in talking to each other and cusotmers. They just seemed as thought you were wasting there time and they were talking amongst themselves about other customers whilst I was there. The shop set-up is lovely but the prices are ALOT more than most other baby shops. I defiantley wouldn't buy from there.

I had the melbourne rep come over to my house and show we what was what. She was friendly, knowledgeable and no prressure to buy. I would reccomend anyone in the east of Melb to ask their rep to come out if they are interested.

Really cheap, honest work. The facilities aren't whizz bang and the workers proabably haven't done customer service training but gee they are cheap and reliable! I saved over $100 from any of the other quotes I had and it was quick as well.

My sons do swimming lessons here and the staff are fabulous! We had tried differnt places but they just weren't attentive and willing to modify the program if children were slower or faster in learning the skills. It is a little pricey for just a swim compared to other centres but its worth it.
