Your staff especially the larger woman needs to be retrained on customer service on how not to intimidate your customers ,I do not recommend your services ,it's bad when I compare it to bed quakers hill and glenwood

on the way home from work I went to the chemist to get some cold and flu tablets, I ask for codril ,she showed me the range available ,but then refused to sell them to me without id, I then asked her why do I need id , she replied there special ones, I then asked her what was so special about them she replies " don't know" this was a very bad or maybe my worst experience ever , and since my line of work is also customer service I will be letting others know of my terrible experience
