Disappointing
I was very disappointed with the sessions I had regarding family estrangement- Ms Brown was not highly skilled in this area-even though our initial contact she assured me that this was something she could help me with- She had spent an unusually long time with other family members prior to first session which she did not make me aware of- then her approach was to bypass many things that she did not cover and did not offer any steps in the interim- she was not open to any of my concerns and at times dismissive- this was demeaning and unhelpful- unfortunately this approach had deepened the family rift and the outcome was dire- I cannot recommend Ms Brown for family estrangement- she does not have the expertise required for this type of serious issue and should not be counselling for this area regarding families.
even though this is not a modern clinic, they do have the skills and knowledge to ensure your cat/s are looked after.
As for staff, Rachel I often cannot understand her handwriting on medications, she is not generous with offering help or information.
Dr Peter is good at what he knows -otherwise this clinic is great for your pet.
