I recently attended the Karma Studio’s Winter Transformational Retreat at the Grande Hotel in Hepburn Springs. It was truly a time of transformation for all the participants - yoga, meditation, essential oils workshop, Ayurvedic cooking classes and Chi Gong to name a few of the activities. We also had plenty of time to participate in massage treatments, long walks in the beautiful surrounds and, of course, making new friends! We all enjoyed our spacious individual rooms and ensuite bathrooms and the large function rooms came complete with open fireplaces. Superb Ayurvedic food cooked by our own chef completed the whole package! Highly recommended for a nurturing weekend with Jenn, Howard and Manesh.
