I called for quote John was prompt and took the time to explain what had to be done. His quote was great - clear and detailed.
Our insurer decided to go with their preferred contractors in the end.
Still kicking myself that we didn't push harder for John to do the work, as he would have been in and out in 8 weeks.
I know of others who have purchased a flood damaged homes and had John remediate and they were compleatly satisfied.
