This Coles always has big queues and no express lane. It is a big coles and the specials are always good. The staff are friendly but busy so I think more staff are needed at the checkout

Borders are huge and if they do not have the book you want they can order it for you. Sometimes it is hard to find what you want but just ask at the information desk and the staff will walk you to the location

Gloria Jeans is a great place for take away coffee (sometimes it depends on who is making it). They have a great system of ordering and making the coffee, but the waiting time can be long if they are busy

The staff at Tina's Fabrics appear to be bored and disinterested in customers. There are not very helpful and not very friendly

Myer never has any staff on the floor or at the registers!!! I had to wait at a register for about 7 minutes before a staff member came to serve me. I know retail is suffering but when someone wants to spend money at your shop please have a register staffed at all times

smiggle is a great shop to buy gifts for children's parties and I love their products too. They make great packs which are good value for money and easy to buy in one transaction. The pack I got was $20 but filled with goods worth $30

the staff at this coffee shop are fantastic. They have the best and cheapest coffee in Westfield. The owners remember my coffee choice and start making it as soon as I walk in the door.

The signage suggested buy 2 pairs of glasses with no gap but the frames in this offer were bad. It cost me $150 to get 2 pairs of glasses and that is a great price

a nice shop to buy in or just browse - great service - great jewelery at medium prices . They sell clothes too and fun scarfs
