Price is toooo high....and whats with the staff ...do they always fight and then come to work or what

Some of the staff are a bit prejudice. They don't always serve you when you want them to and glare at you meanly.

I feel sorry for the staff in this store. There aren't enough of them to be at every counter so they have to put up with people complaining about it. Great customer service but there need's to be more of them.

I always find something I like here. Although you have to go shopping knowing you are looking through racks of messy clothes with no service staff to help!

I like to shop at Myer because they always have a wide range of quality clothing that I can earn rewards points with. The staff are always good but the prices are sometimes more than I think the clothes are worth.

I love shopping at Myer!!! It has the best quality products and the nicest staff. The prices are all worth the products.

Myer never has any staff on the floor or at the registers!!! I had to wait at a register for about 7 minutes before a staff member came to serve me. I know retail is suffering but when someone wants to spend money at your shop please have a register staffed at all times

As always this store has great deals on all year round and also great staff to service you it is clean friendly and a pleasure to shop at

prices are not amazingly low but for the quality of the products the prices were pretty much on the dot, the store is an amazing store to be in, the beauty of it makes you want to stay longer, customer service was average as expexted

Myer is a great department store and at Westfield Hornsby the competion with David Jones, Kmart, Target and speciality stores helps keep the competition. Good to look for gifts but best to go when they have sales or specials

Hornsby Myers should really improve on the things that they have, especially kids clothes, many babies and toddlers clothes but not many to choose from for older children. Staff are friendly and helpful.

bought a new top was very fun, spent lots of money but the top was a really good price will deffinatley be goingback there again. Well great shop keep working

The things I bought from Myer are of good quality, and will probably last me a long time. However, I believe that it is way to expensive. For example, one dress costs around $400, and it doesn't even look that good. The shop assistants are few in number, and you have to wait a while. Also, the items are unsuitable for my age group.
