I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the level of service provided by this dental clinic. My children and I have had regular check-ups previously and I was impressed with how the staff treated the children. They were respected as individuals and their 'fears' & anxieties were taken seriously and handled with care and genuine care. More recently I had a new denture made. The entire process was handled with professionalism and competence. All my questions were answered. I was assisted with research into the possible out-of-pocket expenses and was offered advice and guidance (as I was considering dental implants). The dentist took the time to return my calls personally & to discuss my treatment options with me. Every effort was made to ensure that I was happy with the final product and nothing was too much trouble or inconvenient; my concerns were respected and I felt 'heard'. An outstanding dental practice with the most competent and professional team I have ever encountered!
