I called Electrodry requesting their services at short notice. They were kind enough to fit the job into their schedule. They arrived on time and gave positive and helpful advice before cleaning. He worked hard and carpets and rugs came up bright. This guy was polite and price was very affordable. I will get them back for sure.
I rented a townhouse and on moving in I had no keys supplied for 4 outside doors and a large hole in flywire screen door at the kitchen. I was disappointed with the response I received from rentals staff. I was given a response in writing saying can't I just snib the locks on the inside and the flywire screen has always been that way. I was shocked by the lack of customer service and the energy I had to put in to get simple repairs.
I leased a rental property. The agent was not helpful with repairs and didn't turn up to inspections. I found the agent extremely discourteous and unprofessional.
