Battech always delivers great service on-time. I've used them fro all sorts of iphone and Mac repairs and they've never let me down.

Bridgestone Wollongong staff are always helpful, friendly, accommodating with booking in and prompt in informing you what's going on. They give great car service, the work is excellent and good value compared to other local workshops. They have always been on time, and have never been averse to dropping me off or picking me up from the shopping centre.

I would not recommend this way of hiring a trailer. The Move Yourself terminal & the service station fax were down when we went to pick up the trailer, so we had no contract other than our print out - which the attendant wouldn't accept. He was rude, argumentative & unhelpful, and it took an hour of phone calls (on my mobile), discussion with the call centre and debate with the attendant to get the key. Even so we had to leave my husband's credit cards as security to get the trailer. On drop off there was car parked in the trailer space, and the attendant couldn't find the owner - or the credit cards. More waiting, more phone calls. After complaining to the headquarters however, Rob Cowie, one of the Move Yourself owners, was decent enough to refund half the hire cost, to compensate us for our trouble. So my advice is to check the hire spot out carefully first before you decide to hire, and make sure that everything is in working order - then the experience may be much smoother.

Craig retrieved my data from a failed Macbook Pro hard drive, and was incredibly fast, efficient, effective and thoughtful. He even uploaded key folders to Dropbox so I could keep working as the rest of the recovery job was completed. I could not fault the service - in fact he was the most thorough, consultative IT professional I have encountered in 25 years of working online.
