A friend took me here for dinner. She was a frequent flyer here and new the owners. She did the ordering,so not quite sure what everything was. Their were some sort of spring rolls which were tasty in rice paper, and a light sweet soy sauce.lots of vegetable dishes which were crispy and hot,i did manage to look at the menu and prices were very reasonable staring from $5. Parking is on the street. Was busy when we showed up at 7 pm but not overcrowded. The lighting was just right, dim but not dark so that you couldn't see your food lol but not bright either.the food was delicious hot and u usual. I loved it
Small outlet with plenty of dryers. We had to use them in an emergency with all the rain ! Tv on the wall, all appliances are clean, place is kept very clean. Books on the shelf to put in time whilst waiting or watch the tv. Wander to the corner to get food lol. Change machine in the room. Not bad for a laundry

Even washed over my car when he was done .looked better than when i brought it in. Ordered the radiator and had it installed when i took the car back next day.cost was pretty much what was expected but the service was great.will use again if i ever get stuck up landsborough

Having been here a few times and trying the food at various points in the rsl,the back restaurant is by far my favourite.the food near the front of the rsl where you ,line up for it to be served i found very mediocre. Warm, chewy chicken schnitzels warm veges. So we tried the place down on the back wall. Sorry cant think of the names of the different restaurants inside. The calamari at this place was excellent! Such large servings that i can ever eat it all. Partner has steaks and loves them, very much to his liking. The side salad is just enough and very crisp and a delicious dressing. Seafood comes with a very nice aoli.prices are great ,just over $20 for most meals. Te atmosphere is great ,entertainment is fun ,sat and fri nights are packed so expect a bit of a wait for food.

Had dinner here and sat down at the beach to eat. Place is clean and the staff are welcoming. Quiet for 7.30 pm on a saturday night but all the better for the service we received. Partner ordered xo chicken.hot, which i thought it was but he is a man with a stomach of steel and thought it was good.me,one taste and my tongue and i need a fire extinguisher. But it was nice.consisted of fried chicken, onion, veges sambal and oyster sauce. Very large servings in those white takeaway bowls for$12.he enjoyed it and thought the size was pretty decent. I had bbq pork in the chinese box container, always a little deceiving those boxes ,they hold more than you imagine ,so i was pretty full.tomato thin egg noodles and pork. The sauce was really nice and not overpowering of soy or oyster. Was just right, steaming hot for at least 20 minutes it took me to eat it.nothing in it i didn't like. Wasn't salty ,as some places tend to overdo the soy and ruin it. First time there and we will return, great value for money, cooking was quick waited about 8-10 min. Lots of variety on the menu and the pics on the menu board actually look like the food you end up with. Hard to believe i know lol.next time I'm going for creamy rice prawns. Easy to find in the main street. Seats on path outside to sit and eat but nicer down on the beach. No msg added and all are low fat .partner did suggest that there was a bit too much sauce in his but i picked up a spoon for him anyway lol lovely dinner.

after the movies for munchies it aint! you have to be starving because the meals are rather large and great value. i had the seafood,(yeah im into seafood as you can tell by my other reviews lol) the whiting had a lovely light batter, the chips are very tasty and unusual slightly spicy but delicious.the calamari is scrumptious, tender, light crumb, large pieces a small salad on the side which was nice but they could include more of those tasty tiny tomatoes, the best tomatoes i have had in years they had a real flavour!shame was only 2 of them lol. partner had the crumbed chicken and calamari and chips .we were both pretty full and i didnt eat all my chips,im taking doggy bags next time cos i felt bad leaving the chips lol. all up the 2 meals and drinks cost us around $60 yeah he had to have his rum! me i can eat out cheaper without drinks :P thoroughly enjoyed it sitting by the water on the verandah people watching and eating, oh the aoli was quite nice too but not enough of it for the amount of food, was one little pot by the time 3 calamari were dipped in it it was gone

been here twice. find it next to subway ,its on the corner in the portside complex where the cruise ships come in. fabulous place, very light inside, clean and welcoming. i love how they greet and dismiss customers upon entry and exit. the wagyu sushi is different and very tasty,we try different things each time we went. staff are accomodating and attentive without being intrusive and easy to get there attention to ask for something to be cooked especially. love the dumplings and spring rolls and the prawn sushi.once finished we go around the corner for chocolate dessert at max brenners lol .movies dinner and dessert and a walk along the river very very nice, all in one complex nice night out and not that expensive for 2

breathtaking views of the glasshouse mountains and surrounds right across the road from this tucked in cafe. great shakes and snacks. service is personable and very friendly, good old country values with customers. go for walks through there forest or take stunning pics at sunset of the mountains. didnt have food here but had shakes and drinks but the menu looked reasonable, so cool sitting in there also being amongst the bush

frequented this place quite a few times, only once has it been substandard with the food. very busy no matter what time. views from the outside verandah are spectacular of the bushland and mountains . have taken quite a few photos sitting here after lunch. partner had pizza which was great, i tend to stick to seafood. we were seated fairly quickly and then no came to us for 20 min and others that walked in after us were being served so i went to the old guy tha towns or runs the place to ask what was happening with us. he was a bit blunt and rude but i let it go. our order waqs taken in a few minutes and then nothing for another half hour. only time its ever happened. the seafood is beautiful and abundant, the servings are large so be starving when you go there. ,lots of little craft shops along the main street after you have had lunch. place is clean and open, vast menu and we will frequent it on day trips on weekends .one off day isnt putting us off :P
