Sadly we were left disappointed. Girl on the phone was really helpful, but zero communication from their service guys leaving me twice waiting for them to ring to advise when they were coming. Once the guy was sick (never advised) and the second time we were told a time and an hour later they had still not communicated with us. SO disappointed!! We ended up cancelling whole job and going with a more reliable company.
