We were very happy with the service provided. Alex arrived on time to do a service for the air conditioner and heater and discovered that the heater had some faults and was too old to work well. We arranged for a new one to be installed and it was done very promptly and with the minimum of fuss. All paper work for the rebate and warranty was provided as well.
