When I first started there, the service was very slow but they have improved alot. Everything that I use and they have is dollars cheaper than Woolies for instance. They claim 50% cheaper on prescripitions well that might be much. But they definately are cheaper in the generic brands. Other supermarket items are cheaper.

Quality that they started with hasn't changed but the prices have have increased more than 200%. Some of their materials are disgusting to say the least, but we don't have much choice for quality here in Townsville.

I have a quiet a few. Don't really know why I go back. Too name just a few experiences, 1- fly in salad, 2- asked for medium to well done steak, it was still bleeding, 3- waited over half hour for meal. That's not all but must admit was given free meals to replace most.
