I was looking for a particular book that I couldn't remember that name of, I approached the counter because no one had approached me and described the book to the boy at the desk. He was not sure what I was talking about and turned to his collgue behind the desk who replied she didn't think they had it and proceeded to walk away. He looked at me blankly and said nah we don't have it. By chance on my way out I glanced at the Crime section and there right in front of me was the book I had just been told they didn't have. I purchased it but only becuase I was in a hurry and the counter boy seemed not at all phased by the fact that 2 mins before he had told me they didn't have it

I had a simply claim on my car with RAA and have never had such poor service in my life. The claims people were unhelpful and at time quite rude as if my situation was of no importance. I have since moved to another insurer and would not use the service of RAA again.

Visit and stay at the Pallazzo Versace at some point in your life it is beyond your expectation. We ate at the restaurant there and I have never had such quality food and fantastic service anywhere in Australia.

The plumber is a young men with alot of industry experience. He fixed my hot water service and offered me a 10% discount off a previous quote I got from another company. I was impressed with his professionalism & with the service and would recommend him to family and friends happily

I enjoyed attending however found that the price for the product was not up to standard it was expensive for the small gym services it provides. I also found after attending for a year I had not changed much and become bored of the same equipment.

They make fantastic products that taste great. The service is nothing special but I think the food defiantly makes up for that. The have a wide range of baked goods & the donuts are second to none.

They are a community club. Very friendly staff ,always willing to help. The staff are incredibly passionate about Health and Fitness. They have great incentives, promotions and competitions which keep you on track and motivated. There membership prices are also not to bad.

They boast the cheapest prices. I have found however they are much the same as Myer or David Jones and sometimes even more expensive then the chemists. I have on one occasion opened a perfume that smelt awful it was one I regularly use and should not have smelt bad unless it had been sitting on the shealf for way to long.

They are a small family owned business that has been around for years. There prices are great and they will price match where they can. They are very friendly and accommodating to your needs, understanding how much good lasting photos mean to people.

Advertised as a quality Pizza Bar but I found it to be much the same as your run of the mill Pizza Hut or Dominoes. The quality and service were much the same. If anything they were probably priced a little higher then Pizza Hut.
