I have been a customer here for a few years but it has gone so far down hill now i felt i have to say something as they have no customer service and the standard of tailoring is terrible.

My latest order which was put in almost two years ago now for some tailored shirts is still outstanding.
After three attempts they still couldn't get it right and now there is just no contact, no follow up nothing.

Despite making trips in to try the shirts on and taking valuable time off work and losing money in the process to compound things, nothing no calls no emails nothing, and a couple of shirts that could fit Quasimodo!

Stay clear of them, unless they do something to improve you can definitely call this the rag trade because that is what they have produced.

Very expensive product, does not work, it is all in chinese and following instructions on the tiny brochure does nothing.
Aftersales service in my opinion is non existing, in fact verges on abusive as they talk to you like you are an idiot.
We have had a half dozen people look to get this lock working and no one can, all chippies and I locksmith.
i will stay well away from this company in future.
the door will need to be changed as the holes are much bigger than any other lock so the door is now useless.
Massively disappointing.

Paid $16,000 for 3 pieces from this store.
Delivered 1st on its own, didn't fit the joining pieces, sent some out for me to fit?
2nd Delivery, first thing they said was :they cant deliver unless I help them carry the delivery" again didn't fit joining pieces, despite them being in the middle of the room.
3rd delivery, didn't come, no phone calls no emails returned.
3rd delivery, repeated, didn't come, called and they said we have to speak to head office, head office said they will ring back, call has not come.
we have a sofa worth over $7000 in bits in our house and another sofa, missing.
Please give this company a wide berth.

We used Bell print for our mail out of almost 160,000 flyers.
not one enquiry, we have handed out about 1000 flyers and have had about a 10% response to them for our very exciting and funny bubble soccer and soccer schools.
not one of our mailing list of almost 5000 received one, not one of our family friends or staff that all live in the catchment area received one not one of our current clients received one.

we have been charged $8000 and no delivery has been done, they sent us a list and said that these addresses had received one, we knocked on a dozen of the addresses and no one has seen any.
Do not use this company ever.
