Rang their office late Wednesday and they arranged for computer technician to call first thing Thursday. Jonathan was very friendly and efficient and got everything going. While they are more expensive than most it is certainly value for money. Would I use them again? Certainly would.

Replaced hot water service.
Service broke down about 9pm - rang this company and left a message. Within 10 minutes they rang back and gave a quote and time for tradesman to be here. They arrived within minutes of arranged time and work was completed effectively and efficiently. 12 hours after breakdown. Excellent!!

We connected to TPG (Broadband, home phone and 2 mobiles)after having trouble with Virgin and have had an excellent experience with them. Emailed them a couple of times and response from them was within the hour. Had to phone once for technical support and they were great with their help. Friendly, efficient and excellent value for money.
