I called them as i had ants inside and outside the house. They had to come back 5 times. The ants got into my air con system and destroyed it, had to get air con repaired. One year on and i have 5x the amount of ants. The problem just got worse. I called to speak to the manager, left messages but never got a call back. Very dissapointed and a complete waste of nearly $200
put my phone in for repair of speaker. specifically asked not to upgrade software, but they didn't listen to their customer and did it anyway. phone worse off after being repaired!! disgusted!
the pizza was terrific - full of flavour. Calzone is out of this world - beautifully cooked and melted in the mouth. the staff is fantastic - always walking around to make sure everything is ok and if need anything else. nice and cosy restaurant! Definately RECOMMEND!!!!!!
my fridge wasn't cooling properly, everything was freezing. had to wait a couple of days for a technician to come out. i had to wait for the part which did take a while but when i spoke to the director of the company he helped me greatly and got the matter fixed quickly- fantastic person!! fridge was fixed and works perfectly - no more problems!
great flavour in their gourmet pizza's. love the fact that their standard base of a pizza is so thin. they don't hold back on toppings.
my gas cook top wasn't working well. had a technician come out. my problem was the electricity cord wasn't it properly. charged me $105 for it. i had my oven fixed earlier by the same company - electricity cord for gas cook top right behind oven. when oven was pulled it may have pulled out the cord slightly. technician's saying not possible. manager can't pick up phone to discuss my matter. i would like a refund but saying not possible. disgusted that the manager or a supervisor can't come out and have a look. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Our wedding photos were fantastic. Our wedding dvd was also fantastic - very creative. beautifully edited, exactly the way we wanted it. Love our wedding albums. The photographer had a great personality and got involved. excellent!
fantastic play centre. heaps of different play areas for different age groups. bit expensive to get in especially for young children under 24 months and also for the adults. otherwise great atmosphere

Bought a voltage which was good. The location is fantastic as close to train station so great meeting point. In need of improvement on outdoor area though.
