This place is absolutely amazing. Walked in for a coffee and left with wonderful italian rissotto rice (2 types) and porcini mushrooms. The same day I was told about this fabulous deli selling wonderful cold meats and salads - yep - same place. They have a huge range of items here from food: rices, pastas, coffee, sweets, deli cuts through to alcohol, kitchen equipment .... really too much to tell you about here. Try to visit this fabulous shop, you wont regret it.
A little oasis in Canberra selling great coffee, kebabs, pastries and biscuits. Feels like the kebab shops in Europe with great coffee.
I found this fab little shop completely by accident - who can drive past a hot pink building with pretty bits in the window without stopping! They sell gorgeous home ware: china, lamps, handbags, mirrors, pictures, little tables, clothing, jewellery, gifts, handbags.... and more. On top of that they make great coffee and you can have breakfast or lunch there, and .... they cater for gluten free too. My kind of heaven .... a place to shop.... have great coffee and gluten free food, oh and did I mention the great staff. Have a chat with Alistair - he is delightful.
A friend recommended this jewelers recently when I was looking for a ring for my young niece, after I had searched all the major jewellers. I found exactaly what I was looking for, at a fraction of the price of the major stores. They re-sized it for me and it is perfect. The cost of resizing a similar ring in the major stores was more than purchasing the ring and having it resized at Hypers. My friend has had quite a bit of her jewellery made there and it is really beautiful. This will be my first stop next time.

This review is a little "left field". Doing home renovations we shop at Bunnings for hardware and other stuff all too often. Recently purchased a huge reange of plants for our garden makeover. They have a great selection at really good prices. Besides the great prices, the real surprise for me was when they told us to keep our receips because their plants are guaranteed! Got to love that!
Great little florist and gift shop located in Curtin Shops Canberra. Another of Canberra's many well kept secrets. This lovely little flower shop sells gorgeous gifts, and cards too. Fantastic for a one stop shop for birthday or office gift. The range changes constantly, so the gift choices are always fresh. So far, I have never walked out without buying something, even if I have only stopped to look.
My favourite shoe shop ever! Finally, Wittner has arrived in Canberra. Look here first - you won't be disappointed. They have the most up to the minute shoes ever. No more trips to Sydney to find shoes for me!
This is an online florist and they deliver Australiawide. Have used them on a number of occasions and the flowers have always been gorgeous. They have a 'reminder' calendar you can set up once you become a member, very handy! They also offer 7% discount for members. Give them a go, you will be happy with them.
As well as repairing and selling shoes and boots they are also a recommended repairer for Antler luggage. I recently had my Antler suitcase repaired here, under warranty. They did a fantastic job and also did the heels on my shoes at the same time. Quality work and lovely staff!
