This place is good, but I don't quite understand how it is so popular. There are some decent meals, but for the price, I'd rather go elsewhere

Pretty decent coffee, and really consistent - not the best, but consistently good. Usually really fast service and the staff are friendly

I really only visited Starbucks out of curiosity - it's all over American TV shows. But the coffee is absolutely dreadful - although I have been informed by friends that it's their cold drinks that are good. I might give one a go another time when I'm brave enough to return

Great coffee! This place seems like a bit of a hidden gem, as it never seems to be very busy when I go. Which is good if you're after a quick coffee, but a shame because the coffee is so good they deserve the business

Some of the best coffee in Melbourne, but you can now get the beans elsewhere as well - which is good, because this small cafe is almost always very packed, so not good if you're in a rush. Great food if you have time (and can get a table)

The different hot chocolates are delicious - if a bit sickly! Definitely not something I want too often, but perfect on a miserable rainy day. Delicious cakes to choose from but the sugar overload from a hot chocolate and a slice is too much for me. One at a time

I would live in a box of Haigh's chocolates if I could. Absolutely delicious and every flavour you can think of to choose from. Expensive, but worth it for a special treat or a gift
