I have made multiple purchases in the past & even with the very expensive delivery charges if I was careful I did ok. But when things go wrong there is no communication or support. My last two purchases were made with in days of each other a month ago and I am still waiting. No delivery & no response from customer service. Department of fair trading said it is a breach of contract under common law & advised me to stop payment if I can.

The person serving me stopped to answer her mobile phone. We then received the wrong food. When our food showed up it was very sad. We went to adopt a puppy but thought we would grab a coffee and eats. What a mistake! The dog is great:-)

Service was very good but not pushy, did not hover over us. Food was good, we had a table over looking the gardens. If I am in the area I would go back there happily.

Food was as expected no suprises, it's nice for a change now & then . The wait to order? Really bad, the drive throw is very slow too and the car park is narrow and small. If I have to go there I park down the street & walk back.

Always friendly personal service, very high quality cafe style meals at great prices. Some days when at work and I have had enough, I order over the phone for pickup and it's always ready to go no waiting.
