Today I tried to use a gift card my son had sent me. Manager said I should know they did not take them as I she had told me before. This was the first gift card I had ever had! I used to be a big fan as the muffins were always fresh but not any more.
Pretty negative so far. Put together a config for a desktop that included a DVD drive. I asked them to check it and they said OK so I place the order.
Then they said the LG drive was on back-order so suggested I got an AUS which was about $7 dearer. So I said OK - then next thing I know they say that the case that they approved would not actually take a built in DVD drive so I would need an external one, which I have no room for.
Every email seems to be from someone different - another person cancelled a USB SD card reader as it would not work if I had the DVD drive!
They don't have a clue!
