These are a great invention.
I don't have one at home but have had them installed in the projects i have worked on. can be installed in a location other than directly above where you want it so there is some flexibility to get around rafters or beams.

Recently the purchaser of a property with one installed asked ho to turn the light off when she first saw her kitchen, she was pleasantly surprised when she found the light was not on.

Bunnings do carry a large range of goods but they can be difficult to find because of the size of the place, the personal touch and charm of the old fashion harware store seems to be lacking, Bunnings do have their lowest price policy and no doubt they will abide by it but with some looking around you will find cheaper prices on the better brands.
One thing that is definately in their favour, they are now more convenient than other chains, partly due to the other chains slowly being killed off but thats the way it is these days
