The venue was clean, well presented and welcoming. Staff were lovely and accommodating for our families needs. I did find the venue over priced but most private function areas are sadly like this now days. I would consider going there again how ever
Yvonne is very lovely and welcoming, she worked well with my young family who at times can be a cchallenge to get looking all the same way. Her prices were affordable and quality of work great
I have always found the staff here to be wonderfully helpful, the fact that they do free delivery on arrangements to all the local hospitals is an added bonus. Prices are pretty much similar to most other businesses in Launceston
Something new and exciting for Launceston, it is a massive space and as its still relatively new rather busy. I would like to see more staff policing the area as the younger children ( i think from memory youngest has to be 3 or over) can easily get muddled up with teens/adults. Was excited to see on facebook they have a toddler time now too. Prices aren't cheap but understandable once you factor in staff/maintenance and insurance

Scott is absolutely Amazing, the quality of his work is by far head above the rest. He is professional, friendly and un-noticed but get at positioning photos as well. His work says everything he is incredibly talented. He is more expensive but given his experience during the shoot and endless hours of editing he is well worth every $1. Highly recommend Scott
I have always admired Mark and Gerry's work and the fact that they offered 2 photographers was a fantastic idea but I do not agree with their ethics, they do not respect your privacy, when asked not to publicize any photos from our up and coming photo shoot they told us outright NO, that they owned all the rights and can and will use them as they please. I find this incredibly unprofessional and every other business I have dealt with required you to sign a release form allowing the business to use photographic/video content of you.
As winner of Salon of the year a few times now you do expect big things and they don't disappoint. Charges are a little more than some other salons I have dealt with previously but its not uncommon for places to charge more once a few awards have been given
I have frequented here over the years and each time I have received friendly service. I have never set them a challenge its always just been a basic request but all the same I'm rather happy with their service
One of my favorite parts of traveling to Hobart is stopping here for snacks. Guaranteed to find something for even the fussiest sweet tooth, my wife adores their icecream, Dr pepper is always readily available and so many options- the saying 'like a child in a candy shop' really applies here
What a fantastic service Launceston should be proud, I love that If I am sick I don't have to stress about gaining an appointment since they have a walk in clinic, fees are fair and love that my children are bulk billed under 16. Both Jacqui and Jermone are lovely and so patient
