I was able to get into see a doctor within 24 hours of making a phone call. Seen withing 5 minutes of arriving. Doctor was friendly, addressed my problem and I left.

I was after a quick trim that was good value for money and i got that here. I was happy with the way I was listened to and the result is a haircut that i like. It was great value at only $20. I had to wait only about 10 minutes before i was served.

The 4 new tyres were fitted quickly and efficiently. The car is driving well. They service was ok. I had to go back to pick up the spare tyre because the guy didnt listen to me when i asked to keep the old tyres. Other than that I am quite happy with the result.

My friend and I had our nails refilled here. I was satisfied with the result although i had to specifically ask a couple of times that the nail tech fix a couple of things. The prices were about average for most nail salons in the area

I had a very pleasant dining experience here last night. The waitress was friendly and very efficient. Our food was delicious and served quite quickly except for a small delay due to a mix up with one of our items. In all an enjoyable night.

I am a great fan of the Kippers pack served at Kippers Seafood fish & Chips. It is a filling meal and is very cheap at only $5.00 for a small piece of fish, potato cake a dim sim + chips. Even though this is not the closest fish and chip outlet to our house our family travel to eat from here often.

I have used both this club and the one in Hoppers Crossing. I was disappointed with the customer service provided by the people at Point Cook. They were a bit rude and talked down to me a bit. I would describe the impression i received was 'snobbish'

I have used this gym for a couple of years now. I am very happy with the quality of equipment they provide. I enjoyed working out in the ladies only gym and attending the classes. the people were friendly. The only reason i stopped using the gym was financial. I would like to keep using the gym but cannot afford it.

I like to do the majority of my grocery shopping here. There are some items that they don't stock. The price and quality of there goods is great. They do tend to run out of certain products very quickly and the checkouts are often crowded resulting in longer waiting times.

This is my local supermarket. I visit 2-3 times a week to pick up the items i forget when doing my big grocery shop. It is in a convenient location (near the train station) and the self serve checkouts make it easy to get in and out of.
