David came to my house and saved my work from my dead PC and then went out and came back the same day and set me back up so I could continue on my way! I will definitely reccomend IT & M Services to everyone i know.
Highly recommended for any IT or Media services! My laptop needed an upgrade as well as a virus removal, and with IT &M Services servicing problems onsite, i thought i'd give them a go, saving me from bringing my laptop to a business and not knowing how long it would take to get it back. After calling and speaking to David, it didn't take long at all for him and booked me in that afternoon! The service he delivered was exceptional, very friendly and knowledgeable, and he informed me of each step of the service so i could understand what he was undertaking. After it was all fixed, i was surprised at the affordability of the service, considering it was onsite and a private business, definitely won't be bringing my laptop back to any other company! Will be calling IT & M from now on after a brilliant service, as i know i will be guaranteed great service, quality and value for money. Call them today!
