I believe this company is dishonest. They claim to be an authorised Miele repairer though are not on Miele's list of repairers. Also, they misdiagnosed my dishwasher problem for and quoted much higher for a part obtainable direct from Miele for almost half the price. Something fishy here I think.

Nothing but 5 star service from these guys. Professional, available and honest! They installed our garage door and maintain it. Recently we had an issue after a power outage. Called the mobile from sticker on door and spoke with someone straight away. They came out that day and problem resolved. This company seems to care about their reputation.

I have been going to Col for years. He is trustworthy, approachable and all round good guy/businessman. Highly recommend. It is so good having a mechanic you can discuss issues with directly.
