I am really impressed with the clinic. They got me in shape to play soccer after a 20 year absence and I recommend them to anyone!

I have used this as my "local" since the days it was called the El Rancho. The bistro has great steaks and I love the cheap Tuesday specials. The staff are always friendly

Good local gymn and squash courts. I really like the indoor climbing walls. My kids have had several birthday parties there in the Party Room.

Great Coffee. The owner selects beans from a small boutique roaster. The prices are better than most cafes - about 50c cheaper - but the coffee is better.
