Staff were friendly and efficient. Meals arrived as ordered and were delicious. The stone grill meals are pricey but are worth the expense. The steak was tender and tasty.

We have eaten at Piyada on a number of occasions and have found the food to be delicious, the service always friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a spicy Thai experience.
Blocked storm water drain. Steve took 20 minutes to get his machine out of his overloaded van, spent about ten minutes on the job, said he couldn't do it, spent another 20 minutes packing up and charged $300 for the privilege. Said the drain would need to be replaced and quoted $4,000. What a ripoff. Note - advertised in "we save you money" under heading "Unblockages are me". Also refused to honour discount voucher from same advert.
