By far the best ‘gym’ in Noosa! This is more of a health club as the focus is on providing fantastic personalised service to each and every member. At EFM there is a professional and friendly personal trainer on hand to work you through the workout of the day and ensure that you are performing your exercises correctly and in a way that suits you. The coaches know we are all individuals and can’t all be expected to do the same thing so they tailor the sessions to suit each and every single member. 5 stars and an absolute must try especially for people who think they don’t like “gyms”!
