Having just had my 2 & 4 year olds hair cut @ Silver tips I am hugely disappointed not only in the quality of the haircut and the price but also at the interaction between my children and the hairdresser (the owner). It was very clear she does not know how to respond, interact or socialize with pre-schoolers. Good customer service is vital in most industries, the owner clearly failed at this one.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Their products are good - as expected. Their prices are OK - not fabulous though. The only reason we return is because their isn't enough competition in Sunbury yet....can't wait until there is though.
We had our Ducted Refrigerated Air Conditioning wired up through Aaron @ Ezyaz Electrics. We were impressed with him immediately. He confirmed our appointment the day before, came on time (7:45am Saturday), was friendly, happy and had a wonderful attitude towards work. He was great even with our children (my son was following him around in amazement). He did a terrific job and we're pleased we've finally found an electrician we can trust and rely on.

My husband and I were looking to buy and sell in Sunbury. The service we got from Leeburn was disgusting. We also wrote a letter of complaint to them but that just went unanswered. One of the incidents was when we went through an open home, the salesman was dismissive, rude and nearly pushed us out the door. Take great caution if using this estate agent.
Great competition for a few places in Sunbury that take their customers for granted. Good service, good food and a great deal when we have our voucher for a free hot drink!!! Beautiful atmosphere.
We had Steve clean the carpets in our three bedrooms and two lounges. They had stains and smelt terribly of the previous owners cat. After trying several carpet cleaning services in Sunbury (including Dryton) we had very little faith left for a great carpet cleaner. I found Steve and am extremely delighted with his work and will be using him again in the future. Not often do you find someone so friendly, professional, caring and with a reasonable price.
