I booked an appointment for my unwell daughter (who is three years old). Having waited over an hour (the usual at this practice) the doctor decided he would take the patient whose appointment was 10 minutes after mine, in first. Having informed the doctor of his mistake he simply turned away and strolled back into his surgery. The patient who he called in made a remark that she too had been waiting and then proceeded to close the doctors door on me!! Disgusting behaviour from the patient but especially the doctor! Obviously I didn't wait around as I couldn't think of anything worse than that DR treating my daughter. No ethics, no morals.

Having just visited Autobarn Sunbury (after 5 years avoiding it due to lack or respect from male workers towards female customers) I am, once again, extremely dissapointed and frustrated. Upon entering the store a male worker (who was in a loud conversation with another worker) swore terribly - whilst I held my 3 year old girl. When I was offered assistance I was met with a rude, disrepectful male worker who made it his priorty to make me feel incompetant....how dare I not know EVERYHTING about CARS!!! It was a nightmare of an experience just because I wanted car seat covers!

Occasionally I will buy lollies from this store but the one major factor that puts me off is the customer service. The woman and man behind the counter always seem to be sulking, it seems this is the last place they wish to be. No 'hello's', no 'goodbyes'. Just a half extended hand waiting for your $. I wouldn't say they are the be all and end all of bargains either, I have noticed on many occasions that Coles/Safeway are cheaper and at least when buying from Coles/Safeway you are guaranteed the product will be in the use by date.

Wanting to purchase my Mum a broach after the passing of my grandad, I came to this store as a first-timer. Walking into the store I noticed the decor immediately as it is dull and dirty looking. The (Asian) man who 'served' me was rude, arrogant and mistakenly judgemental. After shouting at my 5 year old he went on to tell me the broach I was looking at cost over $300 (implying that I couldn't afford it!!!). I proceeded to tell him money wasn't an issue but I wouldn't be spending mine at his store ANYWAY!

10 OCTOBER 2013 - HAVING USED BUSY BEAVER SEVERAL TIMES MORE I AM NOW CHANGING MY RATING. UPON OUR RETURN FROM A GREAT HOLIDAY ABROAD WE WERE MET WITH SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT ONLY FROM THE DRIVER OF THE SHUTTLE BUS BUT ALSO THE WORKER IN THE OFFICE. HAVING OUR FLIGHT CANCELLED I ASKED FOR A PRINTOUT OF MY (PREVIOUSLY ORGANISED) CREDIT NOTE AND WAS PROMPTLY TOLD I (AND MY FOUR AND SEVEN YEAR OLD) WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL ALL THE CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME HAVE BEEN SERVED (WE WERE NEARING MIDNIGHT AND HAD BEEN IN TRANSIT FOR MOST OF THAT DAY)!!! THE MAN WHO SERVED ME WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DEFINETELY MADE THE END OF OUR TRIP A STRESSFUL ONE! I HAVE NOW FOUND THAT MELBOURNE AIRPORT PARKING (LONG TERM) IS AROUND THE SAME PRICE AS BB BUT OFFERS A MORE STRESS-FREE SOLOUTION WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
