Dorevitch pathology require a complete procedural revamp

Have recently required some blood tests outside of the 'normal' scope of things and achieving them was reminiscent of episodes of Fawlty Towers. Location; Wangaratta Victoria Sites and online queries for details & pricings. It took 3 visits and a total of 4.5 hours of waiting and actual nurse time to get things done. Online was nonfunctional and my request to make an appointment not understood or accepted. At one point a note was diarized for the courier for the collection of the bloods, but none of the nurses read the diary that day and I had to grab him to let him know so the poor bloke had to wait an hour for his part of things. It turned out Medicare covered all costs but online communications were poorer
than lacking. At the end I received a text asking for feedback. I left genuine honest answers. The phone jammed, failing to send them and 'froze' my phone for some time after.
Now for anybody this would all be a reason to admonish, but especially for me. At 54 I have (lifelong) chronic fatigue / chronic pain, neuropathy, chemical allergies (hairsprays / deodorants / cigarettes / etc.) and much much more that leave me essentially bed bound. Recovery took a number of days after each event and has impacted my other activities greatly, since. Really poor form........

A word of caution

eBay sellers are using you funds for their own purposes for a duration of up to 13 days (in my experience) before shipping out your product. I have questioned this and left relevant factual feedback on the circumstances. The feedback is deleted and eBay will not acknowledge any wrong doing in their support other than to say that I accepted the delivery date. This is not fair trading. I have asked for the profited funds from the abuse of my money but, yeah, nothing has been forthcoming.

Having a lot of trouble lately:
1/ They froze my account for sales until I provided photo id, which I wouldn't. I don't sell things, so I didn't see it as a problem. They kept sending threatening emails. Today they congratulated me, they've re-opened my account.
2/ Always try to buy from here in Australia. Last 2 electronic items bought listed as located in Australia but when faults arose the emails were Asian and the language barrier just too difficult (maybe intentionally) to deal with. One of the Stores was an out-right 'smart-ass', just re-asking the same questions and throwing up same excuses, for weeks. So, threw away both items and had to source elsewhere.
3/ Purchased a basket of good early in the week. The sales went through individually, though. Come Friday, my Debit Mastercard was overdrawn for the basket amount - yes, the bank let this happen and further, did not care. I immediately called ebay service and explained to the lady (yes - another, in this case severe, language barrier - probably why she was there) who investigated while on the phone and saw the 'double dipping' but wouldn't do anything straight away. I was left with no money until mid the next week (I'm a pensioner). These things happen at a touch of a button, what was the problem to credit the transaction? Anyway, asked ebay how many others had been affected this way, after all the short-term money markets do not close. There was never any acknowledgement or apology.

Bought 4L Dulux etch primer. Prepped as I have for the last 10 years. Upon mixing and spraying it was very thin and low build. Peeled of within 3 months. Took back to the store and explained all to the assistant. He exclaimed "well if this stuff doesn't stick, nothing will". I prodded him to open a can from the shelf, but he would not stir it, to see the comparison. He actually told me it smelt the same and so be it. So, another redo and $100- down the drain.

Couldn't (or wouldn't) understand the basics or interchangeable parts. Had to feed the service rep. on the phone absolutely everything. He still got it wrong and now won't return phone calls.

Stay away - stay away - stay away. Ordered over 4 1/2 months ago and still nothing but ignoring, stalling, lies, stalling, ignoring and lies. At the moment they seem to be using my money for 'business operations'. Contacted Consumer Affairs Victoria who claim to have 'intelligence' on David / All Car Carpets to interceed but result was / is superficial. At the end of Consumer Affairs efforts they said there was nothing they could really do (yet their website still refers to justice) !!!

23/11/22 - 6 months and still no result. This 'joker' is a thief. Again, stay away - save you money - find an alternative. Consumer Affairs no longer responds to my concerns. It's all a waste (which is not a product but something people do - 'poor world')
