Adrian, the principal physio makes you feel very comfortable, and is extremely knowledgeable. His treatments have been effective in assisting my recovery from injuries every time.

The burgers are a little more expensive here than at some other places, but they are delicious and high quality every time. The music is cool, the staff are cool, and I always leave very full and very satisified!

Extraodinarily friendly, reasonable prices and manage to stay on time for the most part. Always happy to 'squeeze you in" if they can and are experts at the old 'hairdresser gossip sessions'!

Very busy take away shop, very reasonable prices and good variety of take away foods. Have great 'take home' deli options too, and are never too busy to customise requests (even when it looks like they are too busy!)

Have been to many gyms before but this is very different. More of a gym/personal training studio hybrid. Similar cost to a gym membership, but personal training is included free in every session.

Polite, promt and 'matter of fact' service. Very reasonable prices. Remembered my name after my first visit which I thought was phenomenal! Good open hours and good specials on bulk items. Also does speciality items (eg. wedding dresses etc)
