These people are not financial planners and they publicly say they are not. Yet they do offer financial and investment advice. They are not covered by any umbrella organisation that will protect YOU from bad advice or were not when I dealt with them. Ask the question of them. If you venture there make sure you get an outsiders advice - use your own accountant and solicitor. The properties you will be shown will be sold through other family members and connections that they have deals with. They get many bites of the cherry. There is the Think Money education charge, then the commissions for selling the property and the commissions on the loans placed though the affiliate businesses. It is deep and wide and not transparent. I would not recommend any dealing with this company. Beware.
