elderly parent had a skin cancer removed and it started bleeding at 6.30pm. rang and they looked at him at 7pm. Fussed over him and made him feel important. Nothing was too much for him. Went back later for a further visit to remove stitches and service remained excellent-

hws failed and leaking, called left message called back next day. (XMAS break) came,, inspected, quoted and fitted that day. Couldnt ask for more.
