I’ve had a extremely bad experience with The A Team Property Group where my investment (entire Super and Cash savings) was given to a 3rd party with no consent. The Director of the A Team is the same director of Hunter Hopkins, being Sasha Hopkins. I’d be very careful when dealing with Hunter Hopkins because if it’s been anything like my experience with The A Team, your money will lost and they will blame you and say it happens. The reality is, I was invoiced for their experience and knowledge, and then I gave them all my money. What exactly was I paying for when all they did is transfer my money to someone else? Don’t get fooled (like me) by the flashy sales pitches and fancy looking 3D images of buildings that may not ever get built. Was this a SCAM or just someone who had no idea what they were doing? Either way I’ve lost my financial freedom and one that’s likely to impact my children's future too.

I was first introduced to Sasha and The A Team Property Group via YouTube. Sasha Hopkins appeared educated and experienced and gave some good advise. I then decided to attend one of his seminars and then subsequently attended a few sessions in their office to talk through the details. We decided to invest all our Super and cash savings into a JV Development project. My contract started a 45% return in 18 months. Years later, I’ve seen no funds and the company that was setup for my development has been put into liquidation by Sasha Hopkins. I was sold this as a safe investment, one where investors get paid first but I’m yet to see anything paid back to me. I understand any investments has risk, what I didn’t account for was my money taken and then given away to a 3rd party developer without consent. Was this a SCAM or just someone who had no idea what they were doing? Either way I’ve lost my financial freedom and one that’s likely to impact my children's future too.
