I have been a full member on and off for several years. The redevelopments to the gym are disappointing, there is now only fans, no air conditioning, meaning you never want to visit during the summer months!

I can say nothing but WOW. I have visited there regularly as a romantic night out for dinner with my partner, the lighting is soft, the service marvellous and the food delicious. I have held my birthday there, my partner has held his graduation dinner there. I cannot recommend it any higher.

Dr Raffat is brilliant, he has a practice in Bulleen as well as the Eltham Center that I have visited. He is highly skilled and really cares for and gets to know his patients. He bulk bills where possible and gives a free professional clean once a year.

I also discovered this practice through word of mouth and it spreads for a very good reason, the doctors are marvellous. Some bulk bill but be wary not all of the practitioners do so ask first. The doctors follow up and get to know you well, they are highly competent and very friendly.

I am a regular customer there and the main mechanic will go above and beyond to try and help you. He will work around you and is very personable. The only downside is that his quotes of prices are often off in the final invoice but otherwise, I am very impressed. He is definitely worth a try!

At a steak house they did not even ask how we wanted our steak cooked! My partner requested blue steak and it arrived as a medium, for him nearly inedible. The service was very poor and we had to chase them in order to get any service. Only plus was the food arrived quickly but the overall quality was very dissappointing.

The service is brilliant and the food cheap but lovely. Fast delivery of food too! I am a regular customer who has now moved out of the area but still travel a fair distance to come back and visit. It is definitely worth a visit!
