I would not recommend this business. I did a keratin hair straightening treatment. My hair looked good the day it was
done, however I washed it three days later and it looked exactly the same as before the treatment. When I complained, the owner had the audacity to say that keratin treatment only relaxes the hair, when it says quite clearly "keratin hair straightening". He wasn't perturbed and was quite condescending. Avoid this salon - they clearly don't know what they are doing.
I would not recommend this business. They claim to have breakthrough technology which will rejuvenate the face and tighten the skin. I had this treatment two weeks ago and am still to see any results. Don't waste your money trying this, I wish I didn't. Many other ladies have also seen no results - we should be able to get our money back, but sadly this won't happen.
I had my hair coloured at this salon and presumed that a haircut would also be good - big mistake!! I have very thick hair and asked for layers. Jolin chopped up my hair so badly, that I have to wait 6 months for an experienced hairdresser to fix the mess she caused. NEVER again
I would not recommend this business. I and 3 friends ordered dumplings (we had 2 each), a very small plate of greens, and 4 soda waters. The bill came to $68!!! When we questioned this, the owner was unhelpful and rude.
Recently I dropped my mobile phone in the toilet. I took it to the Virgin kiosk in Southland and was told that it was dead and I needed a new phone. I asked the guy if he could import my contacts from the old phone to the new one but he said "no". I took the old phone home, put it into a bag of rice and it is as good as new. I had to get a friend to import contacts for me. Really disappointed as there was need to get a new phone at all.
