I have been using budget direct for about 5 years now. No one can beat their price. So cheap and well worth it. Customer service is great and they are on top of everything.

They have great customers service and they always have good deals. Great variety and always have something on special everyday. Favourite store!

I went there for shampoo and blow dry and it was a very bad experience. They use cheap shampoo and didnt even use conditioner. My hair was entangled and it was hurting when they were combing my hair.They were talking non stop in their language amongst themselves and were very lazy in their work.
I wouldnt go back there again.

There is a couple of staff there that is not that helpful and have attitude. There is not much variety to choose from.My family and I have shopped there for two years and have stopped going there and now i go to roselands specsavers as they have better service there.

I love paypal! Its great and nearly everybody online accepts it. Its safe and if you have problem with a item that u didnt receive than u just open a dispute, its that easy. So you dont feel that u have been ripped off in anyway.

They have pretty good deals, but the only thing is electrical things dont last long for some reason. When there is a problem with a item you have to pay out of your own pocket to send the item back which is a hassle.
Other than that i shop when they have free delivery days.
